Sponsorship Checklist

All items due to Nicki Gabel at ngabel@gdahc.org by April 27.

For All Sponsors:

Please provide your list of 10 attendees, including email addresses.

Information on how to attend the event virtually will be sent to the emails provided.


Presenting Sponsor:

As a Presenting Sponsor, we will need the following:

  1. Company logo sent in high-resolution jpeg or png format

  2. Name of individual who will be speaking during the opening of the event along with title, email, and cell phone number.

  3. 5”w x 8”h full-color ad, pdf format, no crop marks

  4. 30 sec PSA

  5. The names and email addresses of the 10 attendees joining the event

  6. If choosing breakfast option: The breakfast delivery information including the address and any special details by April 27 along with any special dietary needs.

Gold Sponsors:

As a Gold Sponsor, we will need the following:

  1. Company logo sent in high-resolution jpeg or png format

  2. 5”w x 3.75”h full-color ad, pdf format, no crop marks

  3. The names and email addresses of the 10 attendees

  4. If choosing breakfast option: The breakfast delivery information including the address and any special details by April 27 along with any special dietary needs.

Silver Sponsors:

As a Silver Sponsor, we will need the following:

  1. Company logo sent in high-resolution jpeg or png format

  2. The names and email addresses of the 10 attendees

  3. If choosing the breakfast option: The breakfast delivery information including the address and any special details by April 27 along with any special dietary needs.

Bronze Sponsors:

As a Bronze Sponsor, we will need the following:

  1. Company name as you'd like it to appear

  2. Names and email addresses of the 10 attendees sent to ngabel@gdahc.org.

  3. If choosing the breakfast option: The breakfast delivery information including the address and any special details by April 27 along with any special dietary needs.
